Similar to a Pinot Grigio, this vibrant wine is packed full of citrus and crisp apple flavours, with just a touch of ginger to liven things up. Ultimate Provence white promises an exceptional sensory experience, perfect for all festive occasions and connoisseurs seeking excellence. On the nose you find a rich melody of oaky vanilla, tobacco and a hint of coffee. This beauty is best enjoyed with a medium-rare steak and triple cooked chips. Similar to a full-bodied Merlot, this wine packs a real punch! Comes with exclusive Ultimate Provence packaging! VINIFICATION: Fermentation is held at around 16-18°C in various types of vats. A slightly reductive aging on lees precedes the final blend before bottling to reveal the citrus aromas.
