Product Description This rosé wine is the perfect translation of traditional fresh and aromatic Provence rosé wines. As soon as they arrive in the cellar, the grapes are pressed directly to ensure a light, fresh style, then fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel vats. The final blend is made with respect for the terroirs of Provence. This wine has a nose of acidulous fruits such as blackcurrant berries and lemon, mineral notes that bring a lot of freshness. It reveals a beautiful aromatic intensity, explosive flavors and a beautiful freshness with its fruity and acidulous aromas. It will be appreciated as an aperitif, or in accompaniment of shellfish, seafood, fish in sauce, fresh salads and even chocolate mignardises.
