Whole Apricots (Medium): Fresh Turkish apricots are used to make dried whole apricots. These are hand-picked, cleaned in pure water, sun-dried, hand-pitted, graded for size, and classed based on common defects. They are bright orange coloured. They last for a long time. It was discovered in the Ottoman, Persian, and Russian empires before the twentieth century, but Turkey is now the leading producer. Dried apricots from the Mediterranean or Turkey are normally dried whole before pitted.

HIGH-QUALITY INGREDIENTS: These naturally dried apricots are the greatest choice to start eating smarter because they are low in calories but abundant in fibre. These are delicious as a snack or put with muesli, cereals, or porridge. They will be softer, much moister, and flavorful.
