With the Lagostina Accademia Lagofusion® 18/10 stainless steel casserole pan, the heat distribution is perfectly and evenly, thanks to the Lagofusion® base consisting of a very thick layer of heat conducting aluminium, while the 3-PLY pan (stainless steel / aluminium / stainless steel) allows ideal heat distribution from the bottom to the top of the walls. The result is a uniform cooking without overheating points, for perfectly grilled meat in all places, and perfectly cooked vegetables. Made from premium 18/10 stainless steel and is suitable for all hobs, including induction, Accademia Lagofusion® is as stylish as it is practical, with a modern satin interior and a refined mirror polish on the outside for easy cleaning. The riveted stainless steel handle ensures a high level of durability. Oven safe (up to 250°C) and dishwasher safe. The pouring rim allows for perfect serving. Made in Italy, it is designed to last a lifetime with a 25-year warranty.
