With the Lagostina Accademia Lagofusion® 18/10 stainless steel saucepan the heat diffusion is perfect and homogeneous, thanks to the Lagofusion® base made of a very thick heat-resistant aluminium layer, while the 3-PLY tank (stainless steel/alumina/stainless steel) allows ideal heat diffusion from the bottom to the top of the walls. The result is a uniform cooking without overheating points, to succeed in sauces and other delicious cooking. Made of premium 18/10 stainless steel and suitable for all heat sources, including induction, Accademia Lagofusion® is as stylish as it is practical, with a modern satin interior and refined mirror polish on the outside, for easy cleaning. The riveted stainless steel handle ensures high durability. Oven safe (up to 250°C) and dishwasher safe. The pouring edge allows for perfect service. Made in Italy, it is designed to last a lifetime, with a 25-year warranty.
