Innovative element of the line is the Lagofusion bottom, provided with a layer of serrated steel perfectly adhering to the visible aluminium disc. The two layers of the bottom, combined with the 3 layers in the body (steel-aluminum-steel) create a unique 5-layer technology, which allows for rapid and even heat diffusion, for an integral and homogeneous cooking of the bottom to the top of the walls.
