This 500g Renshaw rencol white marzipan is the best quality 'white' marzipan you can buy. Marzipan is used for covering your cakes ready for a royal icing or sugarpaste finish. It may also be used for making cake decorations, marzipan confectionery and baked in the centre of an Easter Simnel cake. Can also be coloured using a range of Gel food colourings. This marzipan has an excellent flavour, and is sure to make your cakes and treats taste delicious. Ingredients INGREDIENTS: Sugar, Almonds (25%), Glucose syrup, Invert sugar syrup,Preservative: E202. Directions To use, knead the marzipan until smooth, then roll out to desired thickness. Cover cakes or use for modelling. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
