Description

Renshaw Professional Edible White Original Marzipan ideal for covering cakes and modelling. It can be used with a variety of cutters and moulds and is easily coloured or flavoured. Gently smooth the top and sides of the cake, trimming any excess with a knife. Brush cake with cool boiled, sieved apricot jam and cover the cake with marzipan. Available in 1 kg pack. Ingredients Sugar, ALMONDS (24%), Glucose syrup, Invert sugar syrup, Preservative: Potassium sorbate. Directions Knead until pliable and mould or roll out on a surface lightly dusted with icing sugar to the desired thickness. Use product at room temperature.
