Wilton Black Icing Colour is made to produce a deeper, richer colour by adding just a small amount. The concentrated Gel/Paste formula helps you achieve the exact shade you want without watering down your icing and just little goes a long way. Wilton food/icing colouring is available in a rainbow of beautiful bright colours, ready to blend together allowing you to achieve the exact shade and colour that you want and can be used to colour icing, sugarpaste, fondant, marzipan, buttercream, batter, cream, cookie dough and more. Instructions for use: use a cocktail stick to take some colouring from the jar. Use a clean stick every time you add more colouring and wipe it on your marzipan or fondant. For a deeper colour, simply add more colouring. Knead well to colour evenly, knead less for a marbled effect. Make sure the colouring stays in the middle of the mass to prevent your hands getting covered in colour. Wash your hands with warm water and soap to clean the colour off your hands.Suitable for food on water base. Not suitable for colouring chocolate.
