B12, pyridoxine hydrochloride – vit. B6, colours: carotenes, carmine. riboflavins. Directions Recommended use: 1 ampoule (60 ml) 1-2 times a day - before breakfast and/ or before training. Shake before use. Safety Warning Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
