A highly concentrated composition of crystalline pharmaceutical branched-chain amino acids (BCAA; leucine, valine and isoleucine) in a 2:1:1 ratio, enriched with additional vitamin B6 that reduces exhaustion and tiredness. BCAA - just like vitamins - are exogenous substances. This means they must be delivered with food. Comes in 900 capsules blister box. Ingredients free amino acids (L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine), bulking agent - microcrystalline cellulose; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), emulsifier - lecithins (from SOY); capsule - gelatine Directions take 1 portion (3 capsules) 3 times a day, drinking with a large amount of water - before breakfast, before training, after training or before sleep.
