Ingredients 95% protein-mix (ultrafiltrated whey protein concentrate WPC (from milk), whey protein isolate WPI-CFM® (from milk)), flavourings, peanut flour (for Peanut Butter flavour), acidity regulators – citric acid, sodium citrates; thickeners – gum arabic, xanthan gum, sodium carboxy methyl cellulose; sweeteners – acesulfame K, sucralose; emulsifier – lecithins (from soy); salt, colours: carotenes (A), carmine (B), riboflavins (C), E 150c (D), E 150d (E), E 133 (F). Directions take 1-3 portions a day — before breakfast, between meals, after training or before sleep. Dissolve 1 portion of the product (35 g of powder = 1 scoop) in 150 ml* of water; use a shaker for at least 10 seconds.
