YOU PROBABLY HAVE TRIED MANY OLIVE OILS, but there are only a few like this. We take care of our olive groves with the UTMOST care to produce olives as PURE as possible. After the harvest and olive sorting, we immediately start producing olive oil, using all the TRADITIONAL METHODS that our ancestors taught us and we apply till today. Thus, olive oil is produced by COLD PRESSING of less than 27 ℃ WITHOUT additional chemicals or hot water.

DUE TO THIS PRODUCTION PROCESS, our olive oil is RICH in ANTIOXIDANTS, POLYPHENOLS, VITAMINS and MONOSATURATED FATS. Αfter all, its characteristic taste is a confirmation of all this, as its high content of polyphenols makes its flavour delightful and slightly more spicy. You will be amazed by its rich AROMA and its YELLOW-GREEN color. Its ACIDITY is VERY LOW, as an extra virgin olive oil should be.

Our olive oil, because of its EXCELLENT QUALITY, has a very high content of NUTRITIENTS, which are very BENEFICIAL for human body.
