Styled in a white finish, the Seymour Duncan Billy Gibbons' Signature Series Red Devil is a PAF humbucker pickup in a single-coil casing. It's designed to give you the big, soaring tones of Billy Gibbons in a housing that can fit S-style guitars. This pickup is intended for the middle position and has been wired differently from the neck iteration to suit the softer timbres usually elicited from the middle position. Whereas the neck pickup provides a spicy, hefty tone, the Red Devil's calibrated Alnico 5 magnets offer you a smoky, sweet sound, smooth enough for the blues. The pickup features a 4-conductor lead wire for multiple wiring options. You'll find this pickup works for clean, distorted rhythm, and lead parts alike. This pickup was built in Santa Barbara, California.
