Key Features

The GÜDE Alpha Fasseiche was developed in collaboration with star chef Harald Rüssel. Wine barrels from the Mosel wine region, matured for over 80 years, meet the art of Solingen blacksmithing. Two traditions have been fused into one masterpiece

As one of the last German knife manufacturers, GÜDE relies on perfect craftsmanship. The spoon was made in numerous working steps in the traditional way. The optimised ice-hardened chrome-vanadium-molybdenum knife steel was utilized.

The table cutlery from Solingen is a real eye-catcher. As soon as the cutlery is in your hand, you can feel the unique quality. The forged fork, the forged spoon and the forged knife stand for tradition.

A blade length of 9 cm and a hardness of approx. 58 HRC distinguish the spoon. The knife steel used, X50CrMoV15, is cooled to -80 °C after intense heating. This process is called ice hardening and optimises the structure of the steel.

The Solingen knife manufacturer GÜDE keeps the tradition alive. As one of the last knife manufacturers, GÜDE finishes its knives by hand using manual work steps and thus receives worldwide recognition. The forged knives are unique in quality.
