The Korloy E20S-SDQCR-11 is a right hand Carbide Shank boring bar with a 20mm diameter shank, 250mm overall length and 108 degree approach angle. It is suitable for use with DCMT11T3/DCGT11T3 Inserts and has a screw clamp. The minimum bore diameter for this boring bar is 25mm. SDQCR/L boring bars are ideal for medium to finishing applications using positive inserts. They can be used for boring and internal profiling applications Carbide shank boring bars are ideal for increasing rigidity in longer reach applications and are suitable for boring up to 5xD deep and use positive geometry inserts with low cutting resistance. Through coolant aids chip flow, increases tool life and can prevent tool failure through chip build up in the bore.
