KORLOY Korloy 1-06-049997 SVQCR 25mm Diameter Through Coolant Boring Bar Steel Shank Right Hand

The Korloy A25R-SVQCR-11 is a right hand Steel Shank boring bar with a 25mm diameter shank, 200mm overall length and 108 degree approach angle. It is suitable for use with VCMT1103/VCGT1103 Inserts and has a screw clamp. The minimum bore diameter for this boring bar is 32mm. SVQCR/L boring bars are ideal for medium to finishing applications using positive inserts. They are designed for boring and internal profiling where more clearance is required. Steel shank boring bars are suitable for boring up to 3xD deep. Through coolant aids chip flow, increases tool life and can prevent tool failure through chip build up in the bore.
