The Dormer A510 is a high-performance ADX range jobber drill bit designed for precision and durability. Built from premium High Speed Steel (HSS), this 10.0 mm drill bit is engineered to handle a wide variety of materials, including steel, aluminium, and stainless steel. It features a Titanium Nitride coating that extends tool life and improves drilling efficiency in harder materials. The 130 degree thinned point facilitates easy self-centring and reduces the amount of force needed to penetrate the workpiece. For faster, cleaner work, the convex cutting edges break material into smaller chips for easier removal. This drill bit is capable of producing high-quality, accurate holes with an H9 hole tolerance, even when used at high speeds and feeds.
