Product Description KNUT HANSEN DRY GIN is a modern, Nordic-Hanseatic gin with a recognizable juniper note in taste and a unique, adventurous design. For the makers of KNUT HANSEN DRY GIN, producing a sustainable and regional product means using regional ingredients. In addition to the obligatory juniper, apples from the area around Hamburg are processed, basil and cucumber are grown in a Hamburg greenhouse and the rose blossoms are picked from the Baltic Sea dike. The gin is handcrafted in small batches of 750 bottles each with great attention to detail and distilled with a particularly slow supply of energy in order to preserve the unique taste and natural aromas of the carefully selected botanicals. The ceramic bottles of this gin show the face of the seafarer and adventurer Knut Hansen, who not only gave the gin its name, but also embodies the values of KNUT HANSEN DRY GIN with a love of freedom, a thirst for adventure and individuality. The hand-filled juniper gin convinces with a mild, balanced taste. The premium gin is distilled in a 150 liter Arnold Holstein still.

Regionality - For our gin we use a.o. organic ingredients such as juniper berries, apples from the area around Hamburg, rose blossoms from the Baltic Sea dike, cucumbers and basil from the Hamburg weekly market.

Internationally awarded - with its delicious taste this distilled gin is - among others - awarded with the World Gin Award 2020 in London. The unique bottle design has also received international awards.
