DOUBLE SIDED DESIGN: Our cast iron griddle plate has two sides to it which will enhance the way you cook your food. One side of this large griddle pan is ridged to give your food a seared/stripy finish and the channels on the sides will drain away excess fat. When reversed it has a flat griddle plate for an alternative cooking surface.

It gives exceptional heat retention. EASY TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN: The griddle pan cast iron is incredibly easy to clean, all you need is a wire brush and hot water. It is not recommended for dishwasher use or using a detergent for cleaning. Full Instructions are provided for cleaning and re-oiling. A re-oiling brush is included in the with the griddle.
