5m of casings will use around 4-5kg sausage meat, use this as a guide if you’re not sure how much casings you need.
Supplied salted to ensure freshness, simply re-salt and keep in an airtight container in the fridge after use to keep them fresh.
Soak the casings overnight in cold water, drain and soak in lukewarm water for a further 30 minutes before use.
Simply slide the casing on to your nozzle using the plastic tape as a guide, remove the plastic tape and fill!
