For various kinds of casings – this stuffer enables making products that require using casings with diameter starting from 16 mm, such as: mutton casings, pork casings, beef casings, polyamide casings, protein casings, etc.
The set features 3 funnels with an air removal system, with following diameters: 15, 19, 22 mm, adjusted for quick installation in the lower part of the stuffer body.
A reinforced, tight piston - the piston of the device is made of stainless steel and its design prevents deformation when a lot of force is used to press on the stuffing. Additionally, it is coated with silicone, which ensures tightness.
It does not take much space – in order to use a vertical stuffer you only need a little bit of space on the kitchen worktop.
