Description

The START International ZCM2000-2UK Electronic Tape Dispenser with Three programmable Tape Lengths automatically cuts and advances predefined tape lengths, and is suitable for medium to high production of repetitive taping in industrial applications. The dispenser accepts tape rolls in widths from 7 mm to 51 mm, with an outside roll diameter up to 178 mm. Using the LED display panel, the operator can program 3 cut lengths of 20 mm to 999 mm. Feed and cut can be set to automatically advance and cut the material. The photo sensor detects if there is tape at the outlet for accurate and consistent feeds and cuts. When set to automatic mode, the sensor feeds and cuts the tape in consecutive order of the 3 user-programmed lengths. The feed and cut can also be operated manually with a push button. programmed lengths can be overridden for a custom cut, and then returned to the auto feed settings. Feed roller pressure can be adjusted for tape thickness.
