Description

The START International TDA025B-2UK Electric Carousel Tape Dispenser automatically cuts and advances predefined tape lengths, and is suitable for industrial applications with one or more operators. The dispenser accepts tape rolls in widths from 3 mm to 25 mm, with an outside roll diameter up to 150 mm. recommended tapes for this dispenser include vinyl, cellophane, polyethylene, masking, aramid fibre, paper, acetate, cotton cloth, glass cloth, polyester, aluminium foil, double-sided tape, and soft forming tape. There are three different dispensing modes on the TDA025B-2UK. The automatic mode utilizes the positioning of the movable sensor to dispense up to a maximum of 20 pieces. Removing the piece of tape over the auto sensor will restart the dispenser. The semi-automatic mode requires the operator to press the start button to dispense the tape around the carousel after each use. The manual mode allows the operator to select the precise quantity of cut pieces (maximum of 15) dispensed around the carousel with each press of the start button.
