Description

The START International ZCM2200-2UK Electronic Tape Dispenser with Safety Guard Cutting Head and Three programmable Tape Lengths automatically cuts and advances predefined tape lengths, and is suitable for medium to high production of repetitive taping in industrial applications. The dispenser accepts tape rolls in widths from 7 mm to 51 mm, with an outside roll diameter up to 178 mm. Using the LED display panel, the operator can program 3 cut lengths of 30 mm to 999 mm. Feed and cut can be set to automatically advance and cut the tape in consecutive order of the 3 programmed lengths. The photo sensor detects if there is tape at the outlet for accurate and consistent feeds and cuts. When set to automatic mode, the sensor feeds and cuts the tape. The feed and cut can also be operated manually with a push button.
