Description

Inedit Damm, Malt & Wheat Beer was created in 2008 by the Master Brewers of Damm, Ferran Adrià, and elBulli team of sommeliers. It is made with two types of beer: traditional malted-barley beer and wheat beer. This wheat, or white, beer is in the style of Witbier, originally from Belgium and made with unmated wheat. Using unmated wheat gives this beer more body and a softer, fuller mouthfeel. Inedit is flavoured with spices (Corriander, Liquorice & Orange Peel), which give it uniqueness and the source in a special and unique beer. Notes of sweet spices and fruits are mixed with the sensation of fresh yeast and its floral character. The infusion of coriander, liquorice and orange peel fill this beer with flavour. Carbonation is subtle, integrated and helps enhance these aromas in the mouth. It becomes creamy, smooth, and versatile when combined with food. It has a long and pleasant aftertaste. Inedit is a different beer, perfect to pair with new gastronomy, full of contrasts and aromatic nuances.
