The curved edge makes it easier to cook The round, typical Asian-style handle of the knife has an exceptional feel, is smooth and soft to the touch and is the perfect contrast to the precise and sharp edge. The 21cm blade is made from X55CrMo14 steel and designed to extreme sharpness, the red handle is made of plastic. The balanced hardness of 56° HRC is the ideal compromise for perfect edge retention and easy resharpening. Made in Germany.

Key Features

The chef's knife is one of the classics in the kitchen and is used to cut meat, fish and vegetables. With the knife, cutting, chopping or weighing is possible.

The smooth cutting edge ensures a smooth, clean cut without shattering. Knives with a smooth edge are used for cutting hard and soft cuttings.

The blade is made of alloy x 55 Cr Mo V14. Each individual component has a special task: chrome (wear resistance), molybdenum (corrosion resistance), carbon (strength)

The handle made of PP/TPE is very hard and very heat and acid resistant - it also sits comfortably and comfortably in the hand, which allows fatigue-free work.

56° Rockwell (HRC) is the perfect compromise between long sharpness and easy resharpening. If you use your knife a lot will be very satisfied with this balance.
