Product Description Traditional yet different, Brenne breaks the mould for single malts with its signature smooth and approachable taste, uniting people around a truly original spirit. Crafted from locally indigenous heirloom barley farmed on-site, and proofed using water from the Charente river, Brenne is a 100% organic uniquely seed-to-spirit whisky. The first single malt in the world aged exclusively in French Limousin Oak and Cognac casks, Brenne Estate Cask is twice-distilled in a copper alembic still, and aged for a minimum of six years. The whisky has perfumed fruit and French patisserie aromas with creamy and complex sugar notes of rich creme brûlée and burnt caramel. AVEC BRENNE: Brenne is crafted at a third-generation farm distillery located in Cognac, France, which has been producing eau de vie since the 1920s.

100% ORGANIC: Our whiskies begin in the fields of Cognac, with its famous mineral-rich soils and mild microclimate. Every ingredient is sourced locally, 100 percent organic, and non-GMO.

6 YEAR AGED: After being double-distilled, the liquid is then rested in our signature barrels, new French Limousin oak and Cognac casks, for a minimum of six years. It is then being proofed with water from the Charente river for bottling.

TASTING NOTES: Expect creamy and complex notes of burnt caramel with underlying notes of banana, tropical fruits and warm spices like cinnamon.

PERFECT SERVE: Brenne Estate Cask is fantastic served neat, over ice or in cocktails. Mix 50ml Brenne with 25ml Sweet Vermouth and add 3 dashes of aromatic bitters to add the quintessential ‘je ne sais quoi’ to a classic Manhattan.
