A reinforced design with engineering plates that prevent pinching, and an improved base and handle that distribute pressure evenly throughout the utensil, so the dough is uniform across its entire surface and cooks better. EASY TO USE AND MAINTAIN: It is easy to use. Simply roll the dough into a ball and place it in the centre of the open press (use baking paper or cling film between the plates and the dough) and close it by pressing down with the handle. Open the press again and your tortilla is ready to cook. After washing and drying thoroughly, apply a thin layer of vegetable oil to the plates and it is ready to store. You can use sunflower, flaxseed, coconut, canola, avocado oil, etc.

SEASONED WITH 100% FLAXSEED OIL AND KOSHER CERTIFIED: The tortilla press is cured with 100% non-GMO flaxseed oil, Kosher certified, meeting its rigorous standards. Ready to use, just wash it with mild dish soap and warm water and always dry it completely with a lint-free cloth or paper towel to prevent rust.
