SEASONED CAST IRON: Dutch oven and skillet combo consisting of a 31 x 23.5 pot with a 5.7-liter capacity and a lid/skillet, both made of seasoned cast iron in a single piece, ideal for lovers of fine cuisine. Resistant to high temperatures. Robust, durable, and non-deformable under normal kitchen use conditions, provided sudden temperature changes and hard drops or blows are avoided. After cleaning, dry thoroughly to prevent rust.

HEALTHY PTFE AND PFOA FREE: The traces of iron naturally released when cooking with our cast iron cookware are transferred to the cooked food, which leads to a healthy increase in the levels of this mineral in your diet. The non-stick patina is formed with use and periodic seasoning, which is why it is manufactured free of PTFE and PFOA.

OPTIMAL ENERGY PERFORMANCE: Cast iron is excellent at distributing heat evenly across the entire surface, allowing for more uniform cooking and preventing food from cooking unevenly. Furthermore, it has a great ability to retain heat, which allows for cooking over medium heat and keeps food hot for longer after being removed from the heat. It is ideal for serving directly at the table.

SEASONED WITH 100% FLAXSEED OIL AND KOSHER CERTIFIED: The Dutch oven combo is seasoned with 100% non-GMO flaxseed oil, with a Kosher certificate, meeting its rigorous standards. You will receive it ready to use; you only need to wash it with mild dish soap and warm water and dry completely with a lint-free cloth or kitchen paper. It is possible that some foods may stick during the first few uses; use a little more oil until the seasoning is strong and established.

EASY MAINTENANCE: After washing and drying thoroughly, apply a thin layer of vegetable oil to the inside and the rim of the utensil, and it's ready to store. You can use sunflower, flaxseed, coconut, canola, avocado oil... avoid olive oil as it can give a sticky feel. To increase the non-stick patina, after cleaning and oiling, heat the skillet over medium-high heat until smoke appears, apply a little more oil distributing with kitchen paper, and let it cool before storing.

SUITABLE FOR ALL TYPES OF COOKTOPS: Excellent skillet suitable for use over a campfire and BBQ, as it withstands high temperatures, ideal for camping or outdoor trips. It is compatible with all types of cooktops: induction, gas, electric, ceramic, and oven. Very versatile, it can be used for frying, sautéing, roasting, as a baking mold, and for serving your recipes directly at the table. It is not suitable for dishwashers or microwaves. Never slide the utensil over glass or ceramic surfaces to avoid scratches.
