Regulated under the strict auspices of the Consejo Regulador - the Brandy de Jerez regulatory body - and the even stricter controls of the bodegas of Sanchez Roamte Hnos SA itself. Key Features

Light golden colour - at the extreme elegant end of the Brandy de Jerez spectrum; notes of burnt sugar, sweet spice with a discernible oaky and vanilla character. Subtle and clean on the nose evoking white wine notes with attractive vanilla touches accompanying golden sultana, creme brulee and a touch of pepper on the finish.

A very modern take on a very old traditional brandy production method. This ageing method, called "Single Oak Cask", gives the brandy nuances that are intimately unique, refined, demanding and totally identified with modern palates.

A great after dinner brandy. Drink neat.
