A UNIQUE IN ITS CLASS BRANDY: Carlos I Amontillado is aged in centuries-old casks hand-selected by our Master Blender from our La Honda Amontillado Solera, founded in 1857. An once-in-a-life-time brandy.

SALINE AND MINERAL NOTES: Reminiscences of fine wood along with saline and mineral notes are unmistakeable samples of a very old amontillado. Furthermore, it brings hazelnuts, walnuts and toasted chestnuts aromas.

VERY SILKY ON THE PALATE: Carlos I Amontillado stands out for being silky, dry and elegant on the palate, with subtle memories of dried fruits, almonds and hazelnuts.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Enjoy Carlos I Amontillado on its own. Serve 5 cl in a short tumbler, macerate an orange peel with the help of an imperial spoon and prepare to discover the aromas of an extraordinary liquid.
