The DICK polish belongs to the proven Dickoron family. An extremely sharp cutting edge requires a very slim cutting angle. As a result, the cutting edge tends slightly to fold over - long before it becomes dull due to wear. The highly polished DICK polish is perfect for straightening the cutting edge and can also be used as a supplement after using a coarser steel. Thanks to the oval blade cross section, the knife has extensive contact with the blade and you achieve an effective result. Blade length: 30 cm, surface hardness above 65° HRC. Hygienic plastic handle.
