The Dick Multi-cut combines 7 steels in one. When working with strong pressure, you can achieve a grinding effect and a correspondingly high abrasion. Fine removal of the knife edge can be achieved by running the knife only with light pressure on the sharpening steel. The flat shape allows a wide spread of the knife on the sharpening steel blade and thus a quick sharpening effect. With less sharpening processes, you can achieve a perfectly sharp knife. Blade length: 28 cm, surface hardness is over 65 HRC. Made in Germany. Made of hygienic plastic.
