Description

La artritis reumatoide (AR) es una enfermedad autoinmune que provoca un trastorno inflamatorio crónico y sistémico que puede afectar a numerosos tejidos y órganos. Puede ser una afección incapacitante y dolorosa, que puede conducir a una pérdida considerable de funcionalidad y movilidad si no se trata adecuadamente. El naproxeno es eficaz para las indicaciones reumatológicas habituales. Sin embargo, el fármaco es prácticamente insoluble a pH bajo y fácilmente soluble a pH alto. Por lo tanto, la liberación del fármaco se controló formulándolo en un sistema matricial de liberación prolongada con la ayuda de polímeros hidrofílicos. El presente trabajo se centra en el desarrollo y la optimización de comprimidos de naproxeno de 800 mg utilizando la metodología de respuesta de superficie. Este trabajo será útil para aquellos investigadores que deseen realizar sus investigaciones sobre comprimidos de liberación prolongada utilizando el diseño factorial.
