Through this study we tried to find out the effects of integrated weight training, on the improvement of muscular and technical parameters in the discipline ″football″, its optimization and planning in the training of young footballers, and in particular, if this concept could be transposed to young Algerian U-18 footballers. Two objectives were targeted: from a scientific point of view, to measure the impact of M.I in young players, and from a practical point of view, to present a pedagogical tool to coaches and students in understanding this training concept. To carry out this research, we used the experimental method, developing an 8-week program, applied to a sample of 12 U-18 players, and after collecting the results of the pre- and post-tests, the analysis of these results demonstrated the following. The hypotheses put forward at the outset were confirmed through the pedagogical intervention, and the results obtained are significant.
