Nell'argomentare le cause della produttività e della lavorazione locali, nonché dei mercati africani del cacao, si concentra sull'incoerenza dello status della terra utilizzata per coltivarlo.La causa principale invocata è quella di rendere il coltivatore di cacao il primo attore del processo di macinazione, idealmente nella fattoria, come il viticoltore con il suo raccolto nello chateau.
