YSR Rythu Bharosa ist eines der neun Navratna-Wohlfahrtsprogramme der Regierung von Andhra Pradesh (AP). Es wurde am 15. Oktober 2019 in AP angekündigt und umgesetzt. YSR Rythu Bharosa ist ein Programm für Landwirte, das dem PM Kisan Yojana ähnelt; im Rahmen dieses Programms erhalten förderfähige Landwirte in Andhra Pradesh jährlich Rs. 13.500/-. Der Betrag von Rs. 13.500/- wird in drei Raten direkt auf das jeweilige Bankkonto überwiesen. Im Folgenden werden die wichtigsten Punkte des YSR Rythu Bharosa-Programms erläutert: Das YSR Rythu Bharosa Programm, das auf 10.625 Mio. Rs. geschätzt wird, sieht eine Unterstützung von 50.000 Rs. für Landwirte vor, die bis zu 5 Acres Land besitzen. Vier Jahre lang erhalten Landwirte, die Land besitzen, vor Beginn der Aussaat Rs.12.500 als Beihilfe. (Rabi- und Kharif-Saison) Im Rahmen der Regelung werden auch Landwirte, die Pächter sind, mit insgesamt Rs.2500 crore unterstützt. Das Hauptmerkmal der Regelung besteht darin, dass das Geld direkt auf das Bankkonto des Landwirts eingezahlt wird, so dass alle Mittelsmänner wegfallen und Korruptionsfälle jeglicher Art bei der Auszahlung der Mittel vermieden werden.
