Water is de motor van het leven, een natuurlijk element van het allergrootste belang, dat van essentieel belang is voor alle vormen van leven, zowel menselijk, dierlijk als plantaardig, een element voor het behoud van de gezondheid, maar ook een drager van vele ziekten, de zogenaamde door water overgebrachte ziekten (WD). Dit water moet voldoen aan vooraf vastgestelde normen die de drempels bepalen die niet mogen worden overschreden voor een aantal kiemen die een gevaar vormen voor de consument.Dit werk heeft tot doel de bacteriologische kwaliteit van het drinkwater van ondergrondse oorsprong te controleren en te schatten in de verschillende gemeenten van de wilaya van CHLEF: MOUSSADAK, HADJADJ, SENDJASS en de stad TAOUGRITE.Onze werkzaamheden zijn uitgevoerd in het laboratorium van de Algerijnse watermaatschappij CHLEF. Het onderzoek is uitgevoerd op 04 monsters bronwater van de verschillende gemeenten. Uit de bacteriologische analyse is gebleken dat het percentage totale kiemen, totale en fecale coliformen en fecale streptokokken in overeenstemming is met de Algerijnse normen voor drinkbaarheid en voldoet aan de normen van de Wereldgezondheidsorganisatie (WHO), het water is dus van goede bacteriologische kwaliteit.
