En el presente libro se describen mecanismos que contribuyen a la explicación de que la inoculación con "Azospirillum brasilense" es capaz de mejorar el establecimiento del cultivo, el rendimiento, la calidad nutricional y comercial del producto y/o el comportamiento post cosecha, en lechuga sometida a estrés salino y de trasplante, involucrando en ello mecanismos asociados a la actividad antioxidante.
