I Daß dies jedoch nicht für alle Kinder und Jugendlichen mit den gleichen Voraussetzun gen, Möglichkeiten und Konsequenzen gilt, machen nicht zuletzt Untersuchungen zur Reproduktion sozialer Ungleichheit durch Bildung (vgl. z.B. Ditton 1992) und zu regio nalen Disparitäten deutlich. 2 Im folgenden wird der Fokus der Ausführungen auf den Kontext der Jugendhilfe gelegt. Damit müssen andere Zugänge zum Thema, wie z.B. sozialpädagogisch angeleitete Entwicklungen in der Schule (v gl. z.B. HoltappeIs 1995), im Hintergrund bleiben. 3 Aus einem Positionspapier des Landeswohlfahrtsverbandes Baden (November 1994): "Die Schule muß heute bei immer mehr Schüler/-innen im Rahmen ihres Erziehungsauf trages erst Verhaltensänderungen herbeiführen und Lernhaltungen aufbauen, um ihren Bil dungsauftrag erfüllen zu können. Unter dem aktuellen Druck aufgrund der veränderten gesellschaftlichen Rahmenbedingun gen ( ... ) ist die Erkenntnis gewachsen, daß ein gemeinsam abgestimmtes Vorgehen zwischen Schule und Jugendhilfe trotz ihrer unterschiedlichen Aufgaben im Interesse der Kinder und Jugendlichen und ihrer Zukunft notwendig ist." 4 Vgl.
