Aufgaben Schulsozialarbeit in dieser gelingenden Kooperation einnimmt bzw. ausübt. Daher betrachte und bewerte ich anhand der Fachliteratur verschiedene Umsetzungsformen von Schulsozialarbeit sowie deren jeweilige Rolle bei der praktischen Umsetzung, um so die Aspekte einer gelingenden Kooperation sowie die in ihr enthaltene Rolle und Aufgaben von Schulsozialarbeit, herauszufinden. In einem weiteren Schritt werde ich darüber hinaus auf Faktoren eingehen, die eine gelingende Zusammenarbeit zukünftig verbessern können, denn die verschiedenen Umsetzungsformen von Schulsozialarbeit deuten darauf hin, dass nicht überall die gleichen Bedingungen in der Kooperation von Jugendhilfe und Schule gegeben sind und so eine gelingende Zusammenarbeit nicht immer gewährleistet werden kann. Dies ist jedoch angesichts aktueller Herausforderungen wichtig, denn Kinder und Jugendliche brauchen Hilfe und Unterstützung in der erfolgreichen Bewältigung neuer Anforderungen.
