About the Author Dr. Martin Kupiek works as an independent management consultant and lecturer combining academic knowledge with experience. For more than 25 years, he has been active as a consultant in the field of organizational change management and leadership development for medium-sized and large companies as well as international corporations. Currently, Dr. Kupiek advises companies from the ICT and automotive industries focused on introducing agile methods to dynamically meet the challenges of digital transformation
