About the Author Assoc. Prof. Natalia Kryvinska is a University Lecturer at the University of Vienna’s School of Business, Economics and Statistics. She received her PhD in Electrical&IT Engineering from the Vienna University of Technology in Austria, and a Habilitation in Management Information Systems from Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia. Prof. Michal Gregus is currently a Professor at the Comenius University in Bratislava. He is head of the Department of Information Systems. His main interests are in the field of ICT.
