DESPITE THESE ASSERTIONS IN LITERATURE THERE IS NO EVIDENCE THAT ONE PARTICULAR TYPE OF EXERCISE IS MORE EFFECTIVE THAN THE OTHER.CONSEQUENTLY A COMBINATION OF THESE ESTABLISHED EXERCISES WAS USED IN TREATING CHRONIC MECHANICAL LOW BACK PAIN.COMBINATION EXERCISE REGIMENS WERE FOUND TO BE EFFECTIVE IN TREATING CHRONIC LOW BACK PAIN, HENCE THIS PUBLICATION.
