About the Author Paola Paoloni is Full Professor at the Niccolò Cusano University Faculty of Economy in Rome (Italy), where she teaches Business Administration and Economics of Public Corporations. Her research and publication interests include general management, financial reporting, female entrepreneurship and intellectual-based management. She is the Head of the “Ipazia” Scientific Observatory of Gender Studies. She is author and co-author of several articles and books and she attends as a speaker at many international conferences including the EIASM Workshop on Intangibles, Intellectual Capital and Extra-financial Information; International Academy of Management and Business (IAMB); International Conference on Intellectual Capital, Knowledge Management & Organisational Learning (ICCKM);  and the Forum on Knowledge Asset Dynamics (IFKAD).
