About the Author Jan A.P. Hoogervorst studied Electrical Engineering at the Delft University of Technology, and completed his dissertation in Work and Organizational Psychology at the Amsterdam Free University. He fulfilled a number of executive management functions at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines.
