About the Author Rita Berger is Full Professor of Work and Organizational Psychology at the Department of Social Psychology, University of Barcelona (Spain) and Visiting Professor at Maryland and Baltimore University, USA. Her reseach focuses on stress at work and wellbeing in diverse countries. C.-Andreas Dalluege is Founder and Managing Partner of IBK-Group, Wiesbaden (Germany), Chairman European Business Excellence Network e.V., Certified Advisor, Trainer and Award Assessor for EFQM, Operating Partner of ILEP. Hans-Werner Franz is a senior researcher and consultant for quality organizations and social innovation at the Social Research Centre, Central Scientific Institute of Technische Universität Dortmund (Germany). He is permanent supervisor at the European School of Social Innovation - ESSI (Austria)
