Khalid Arar is Associate Professor of Educational Leadership and Higher Education at the College for Academic Studies and Kibbutzim College, Israel. His studies focus on issues of diversity, equity and ethnicity in educational leadership and higher education, and he is Associate Editor of International Journal of Leadership in Education.
