As project coordinator, she has directed many international and national projects on organizational intelligence, municipalities, vocational education. She is the president, board member, and founding member of the International Science Association (ISCASS). Along with ISCASS, Dr. Erçetin has organized four international symposiums and was a project team project coordinator for many national and international projects.  She is also editor-in-chief of several national and international journals and has many published articles in both national and international journals. She has written seven national books, over 20 international book chapters, and edited seven international books. She is one of rare academicians in Turkey who has been interested in “chaos, complexity, quantum leadership” since 1990.
